We’re excited to offer a newly created opportunity for a Community Safety Co‑Ordinator to join our established Community Safety team. This role plays a vital part in delivering an outstanding ASB service to our residents, working closely with Community Safety Officers and other colleagues across the business.

Community Safety Co‑Ordinator (12m FTC)
Location: High Wycombe / hybrid working (2 days per week in the office & 3 days per week working from home)
Salary: £30,438 + Excellent Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for ASB reports via phone, email, app, or online.
- Assess risk levels, agree initial action plans, and allocate cases for onward management.
- Manage the ASB inbox and handle inbound/outbound calls with residents.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring residents feel heard and supported.
- Maintain accurate records and request relevant evidence to support case resolution.
- Attend joint visits with Community Safety Officers and liaise with residents on preferred outcomes.
- Respond to correspondence in line with our Customer Care Standards and brand guidelines.
- Support the team with routine administrative tasks and contribute to service improvement reporting.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to learn about ASB and community safety. You’ll need to be confident in managing competing priorities, making decisions, and working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
Experience in a customer‑facing role within a regulated environment is preferred, as is knowledge of ASB or a desire to develop expertise in this area. You should be comfortable using IT systems and have a proactive, solution‑focused approach to your work.
