Hours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week Monday – Friday

About The Role: As a key member of our repairs team, you will carry out a wide range of plumbing and general maintenance tasks across our homes. You will work independently, using your multi-skilled expertise to deliver high quality repairs with a strong focus on achieving a first time fix. Your main area of work will be Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, although you may occasionally travel to surrounding areas.

We will equip you with everything you need to succeed, including:

  • A fully stocked van with a fuel card
  • All tools and equipment
  • A tablet to manage your schedule and records

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out day to day plumbing repairs including drainage issues, blockages and general maintenance
  • Complete associated tasks such as re-tiling, fitting bath panels and making good
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults aiming for a first time fix
  • Deliver excellent customer service in every home you visit
  • Follow safety procedures and complete risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate digital records using your tablet
  • Use materials efficiently and look after company equipment

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds Part One and Two, NVQ Level Two or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing repairs and fault finding
  • Experience with general building tasks such as tiling or decorating
  • Full clean UK manual driving licence
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
