As a Business Change Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of identifying, planning, and delivering impactful change initiatives across our projects and programme portfolio. You’ll combine your expertise in business analysis and change management to ensure seamless transitions in processes, systems, and organisational culture.

Key focus areas include:

  • Challenging current ways of working to achieve better outcomes for our customers.

  • Supporting business case development to initiate strategic projects.

  • Streamlining processes using technology and digital tools.

  • Leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of change.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analysing business processes, systems, and structures to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborating with teams to agree on business and technical requirements using prioritisation methods like MoSCoW.

  • Developing change management strategies that maximise adoption and minimise resistance.

  • Producing process maps, use cases, and business models to support change initiatives.

  • Acting as a liaison between business teams, IT teams, and external suppliers.

  • Supporting testing, implementation, and post-go-live phases of projects.

  • Measuring and reporting the success of change initiatives while ensuring continuous improvement.
