As a Business Change Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of identifying, planning, and delivering impactful change initiatives across our projects and programme portfolio. You’ll combine your expertise in business analysis and change management to ensure seamless transitions in processes, systems, and organisational culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Analysing business processes, systems, and structures to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborating with teams to agree on business and technical requirements using prioritisation methods like MoSCoW.

Developing change management strategies that maximise adoption and minimise resistance.

Producing process maps, use cases, and business models to support change initiatives.

Acting as a liaison between business teams, IT teams, and external suppliers.

Supporting testing, implementation, and post-go-live phases of projects.

Measuring and reporting the success of change initiatives while ensuring continuous improvement.

Proven experience in business analysis and managing organisational change initiatives.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The ability to work collaboratively across teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in process mapping tools and business analysis techniques.

A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.
