Are you an experienced Bathroom Installer looking for a new opportunity? Paradigm Housing Group is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bathroom Fitter to join our Planned Works team. This is your chance to make a difference in people’s homes, delivering high-quality bathroom installations in a supportive and collaborative environment. What you’ll be doing: As a Bathroom Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing complete bathroom suites, including bath, WC, wash hand basin, decoration, tiling, flooring, and fitting accessories. You’ll work to the highest standard, ensuring that each installation is carried out safely and efficiently, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Install complete bathrooms, including tiling, flooring, and all relevant fixtures and fittings. Work independently and unsupervised to a high standard in line with industry best practices and health and safety regulations. Complete necessary documentation promptly and accurately as per company procedures. Communicate professionally with residents, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the work being done. Use materials and tools effectively, reducing waste and maintaining stock levels in the company van. Comply with all health and safety legislation and Paradigm’s policies, ensuring safe work environments. Occasionally mentor/supervise less experienced team members. What we’re looking for: Qualifications : City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience in bathroom fitting and general maintenance. Experience : Apprentice-trained or significant experience as a Bathroom Fitter, with strong knowledge of building regulations and codes of practice. Skills : Ability to carry out bathroom installations, communicating effectively with tenants, and demonstrate excellent customer service. Driving Licence : A valid full UK driving licence is essential. Teamwork : Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Attention to Detail : Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise work effectively.
