About The Role
This is a hands-on, practical role based at our Chesham Stores, with regular travel to other SettleParadigm locations. You’ll work closely with our Stores Person to keep the stores organised, support technicians, manage stock, and help maintain a safe working environment. You’ll also support our Fleet team with minor vehicle repairs and vehicle movements, assist with ordering and delivering materials, and act as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the building.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting stores operations, helping improve processes and providing a friendly, professional service to technicians
- Maintaining a clean and organised site at Chesham, including regular checks at Travis Perkins
- Ordering and managing stock, parts, materials, tools and uniform
- Collecting and delivering materials when required
- Supporting fleet operations, minor repairs (mirrors, lenses, bulbs) and vehicle pick-ups/deliveries
- Acting as a keyholder, opening and closing the building
- Maintaining safety records, PAT testing, ladder testing, harness checks and fire alarm testing
- Keeping accurate stock and safety documentation
