Voids Officer Salary: £33,168 + Excellent Benefits Location: High Wycombe / hybrid working (2 days office & 3 working from home) The Vacancy At Paradigm, we\’re committed to ensuring our empty properties are quickly brought up to standard, enabling us to provide homes to those who need them. As a Voids Officer, you\’ll take ownership of managing void repairs from start to finish. This includes planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure properties meet our high standards before being handed back for letting. Your role is vital in minimising void rent loss, ensuring properties remain compliant, and delivering excellent customer service. You\’ll work closely with internal teams and contractors, providing administrative support, managing compliance documentation, and helping to meet performance targets for void repairs.
