In this role, you will carry out brick repairs and external maintenance tasks, as well as construct and maintain brickwork, patios, and fencing across our properties. Key Responsibilities: Reading, creating, and analysing specifications to establish accurate layouts and guidelines. Mixing mortar powder, sand, clay, and water to achieve the appropriate consistency. Constructing secure and long-lasting walls, patios, and fencing, while repairing damaged sections such as brick or block walls, various patio slabs, and fencing systems. Installing materials to an exceptional standard and setting up essential systems, including insulation and drainage.
