Join Our Team as a Multi-Skilled Plastering Repairs Technician! Are you an experienced plasterer with a passion for delivering high quality work? At Paradigm, we\’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Plastering Repairs Technician to join our Direct Labour Operation (DLO) on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering long-term sick leave. You\’ll complete maintenance work in our tenanted properties, specialising in plastering while also carrying out minor day-to-day repairs. If you\’re skilled in rendering or have experience with acoustic, insulating, or decorative plastering techniques, we\’d love to hear from you! The Role As a Plastering Repairs Technician, you will: Undertake plastering maintenance work unsupervised, ensuring high standards and first-time fixes. Carry out reactive repairs, including larger plastering tasks and rendering. Apply and finish acoustic, insulating, and fireproofing materials. Prepare surfaces, secure corner beads, and create decorative textures. Install plasterboard, insulation, and vapour barriers. Complete additional maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring a seamless service for our tenants. We provide: A fully equipped hybrid van, fuel card, and all necessary tools.
