This role covers a wide area, including Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, and the surrounding regions. Our two office bases are in High Wycombe (Head Office) and Chesham (Secondary Office). About the Role As a Multiskilled Void Repairs Technician/Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance in void properties, applying technical expertise in three or more trades to deliver high-quality results. You will play a vital role in minimising void rent loss by adhering to void standards, ensuring properties are free from hazards, and completing works efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Perform all general maintenance works in void properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and Paradigm\’s procedures.
