Main Responsibilities for the successful Mechanical Engineer:
- Ensure the production plant and site operate at optimal performance and efficiency, with a primary focus on mechanical maintenance and reliability.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to carry out planned preventive maintenance, continuous improvement projects, and reactive maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise operational performance.
- Engage with fairness and respect and promote ethical behaviour in all working relationships.
- Liaise effectively with the Engineering Manager on all engineering-related matters.
- Build strong working relationships with Production.
