Main Responsibilities for the successful Office Administrator:
- Providing comprehensive office administration and day-to-day coordination.
- Supporting engineering and operational teams with documentation control, scheduling, and clear communication.
- Managing incoming enquiries, paperwork, and internal administrative processes efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring systems, files, and workflows are well organised and kept up to date.
Main requirements for the successful Office Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Ideally gained within an engineering, construction, civils, or technical environment.
- A confident self-starter with strong organisational and time-management skills.
