Main Responsibilities:- Providing comprehensive office administration and day-to-day coordination.
- Supporting engineering and operational teams with documentation control, scheduling, and clear communication.
- Managing incoming enquiries, paperwork, and internal administrative processes efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring systems, files, and workflows are well organised and kept up to date.
- Previous experience in an administrative role ideally gained within an engineering, construction, civils, or technical environment.
- A confident self-starter with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative, and work proactively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with changing priorities.
- Negotiable Salary Β£30,000-Β£35,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday - office based.
