An established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join their growing private client team. This is a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to step into a well-established caseload while playing a significant role in shaping the future of the department.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of wills, trusts, and probate matters
  • Advising clients on estate planning and wealth protection
  • Drafting and advising on trust structures
  • Handling complex probate and estate administration
  • Providing clear, practical advice to a broad client base
  • Supporting and mentoring more junior team members where appropriate
  • Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the private client team

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 10+ years’ PQE within private client law
  • Strong experience in trusts (essential)
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value cases independently
  • A confident, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering a high level of service
  • A team player who can also operate autonomously at a senior level
