Paradigm Employment – Legal Division is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established, highly respected law firm with a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional client service across Norfolk. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive, close-knit team where you'll manage your own varied caseload while enjoying genuine autonomy, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients and local professionals.
The Role
- You'll handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Unregistered land
- Title investigations and resolving legal enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties throughout the transaction
- Ensuring compliance with current regulatory and AML requirements
- Supporting and working alongside a Conveyancing Assistant to ensure files progress efficiently
About You
- We're keen to hear from qualified:
- Solicitors
- Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX)
- Licensed Conveyancers (CLC)
- You’ll ideally have:
- At least 3 years' experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across a variety of residential property matters
- Experience using case management systems
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A proactive, client-focused approach with outstanding communication skills
- The ability to work confidently in a busy, collaborative environment
