An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join a leading IT Support and Cyber Security company based in King's Lynn. Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and purchase ledgers including invoicing and payments
- Process monthly recurring MSP billing and project invoices
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor accounts receivable and carry out credit control activities
- Support month-end processes (journals, accruals, reporting)
- Assist with VAT returns and compliance activities
- Process expense claims, payroll support, and supplier payments
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and financial controls
MSP-Specific Responsibilities
- Manage recurring revenue (MRR) billing cycles
- Track client profitability and contract performance
- Support PSA system billing integrations (e.g. Halo, Autotask, ConnectWise)
- Assist in financial reporting tied to service delivery and utilisation
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in accounts, finance administration or bookkeeping
- Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable
- Experience with accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel skills and data handling
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
What we offer in return to the successful Accounts Executive:
- AAT study support typically adds £1,000–£2,500 uplift per level
- Monday-Friday- (hybrid working)
- Salary negotiable £28,000- £32,000 depending on the experience
- 25 Days Annual Leave per year plus bank holidays.
