They have developed comprehensive temporary labour solutions through close collaboration with various industries, ensuring fast, efficient, and reliable service whenever needed.
We are looking to speak with candidates who can demonstrate strong work ethic, commitment along with willingness to contribute to this fantastic business:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment for your dedicated vacancies as well as supporting team members when needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for client communications, addressing questions, requests, and concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, manage the calendar, and follow up as necessary.
- Track and update candidate progress through each recruitment stage, keeping all parties informed.
- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure the well-being of all workers.
- Arrange transportation for temporary workers to and from job sites, ensuring they arrive and are picked up on schedule.
- Oversee accommodation arrangements and provide feedback to relevant departments.
- Act as a representative of the company, maintaining professionalism when interacting with workers, clients, or the public.
Main requirements for the successful Recruitment Consultant:
- Previous experience in Recruitment or Staff Coordinator role is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment workflows, candidate sourcing, and selection processes.
- Experience upselling and new business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and hiring managers.
- Meticulous record-keeping to ensure that all candidate information, interview schedules, and onboarding details are accurate.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients, candidates, and the recruitment team.
- Maintain a positive and resilient attitude, even during high-pressure situations or when dealing with setbacks.
- Clean driving license.
