  • Represent the organisation at meetings, networking events and conferences in the UK and internationally.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, emerging technologies and new commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and monthly reports covering pipeline, membership, vendor activity, deals and risks.

  • Ensure activity complies with relevant legal, financial, operational and regulatory requirements.

Essential Experience

  • MSP experience is essential.
  • A strong commercial sales, business development or membership-sales background within IT.
  • Experience working with the IT channel, including vendors, distributors, resellers or technology partners.
  • Knowledge of the IT hardware and device market, ideally involving brands such as Lenovo, Apple, Dell or Samsung.
  • A proven record of generating new business, developing pipelines and closing commercial opportunities.
  • Experience selling a value-led membership, service or partnership proposition.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor relationships and the wider IT channel.

  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • An understanding of procurement, distribution or IT supply chain models, supported by strong sales capability.
  • Experience working to commercial targets, KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote role and manage a UK-wide territory.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.

Candidate Profile
