Requirements
- Experience in customer service and in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels.
- Knowledge of helpdesk, PSA, and RMM systems, with the ability to adapt to new software and programs.
- Strong understanding and experience of the Microsoft desktop and server stack, including Windows 10, Windows Server, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure.
- Good broad knowledge of networking technologies and concepts such as LAN, WAN, and DHCP.
- Excellent technical and problem resolution skills.
Responsibilities
- Work on client projects, service desk escalations, and on-site installations.
- Provide mentoring and support to other team members.
- Deliver remote technical support via email and telephone to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve operational problems and queries as quickly as possible.
- Provide on-site support and installation of hardware and software.
- Specify, recommend, provide, configure, and implement equipment such as desktops, servers, printers, and supporting software in line with client requirements.
- Contribute to standard configurations, documentation, and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Implement technical solutions for client and internal projects.
- Remotely monitor client infrastructure through our RMM system.
