We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Team Leader to join a leading global producer within the FMCG sector. This role provides the chance to work alongside a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and continuous innovation. Main Responsibilities for the successful Night Hygiene Team Leader:

  • Play an important role within the company.
  • Work across all production areas and be responsible for ensuring that all machines and buildings always meet strict standards of hygiene.
  • Assist or take over the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the Night Hygiene Senior Team Leader in their absence.
  • Engage with fairness and respect and promote ethical behaviour in all working relationships.
  • Carry out daily cleaning tasks.
  • Clean processing equipment and production lines to meet required standards.
  • Deep clean high/low-risk production areas.
  • Conduct post cleaning checks to ensure everything has been completed properly.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures for health and safety.
  • Be motivated to constantly drive safety, quality, and set targets.
  • Maintain COSHH and Allergen Awareness.
  • Have Health and Safety awareness.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.

  • Salary £37,000 per annum + overtime.
  • Working hours: Tue-Sat, 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM.
