The Opportunity
Paradigm Employment Services is looking to connect with experienced Criminal Defence Solicitors interested in opportunities with an established, growing legal practice in South Wales.

The Role
Responsibilities include:
- Managing criminal defence matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Representing clients at police stations and Magistrates' Courts.
- Attending Crown Court proceedings as required.
- Providing clear, professional advice and representation.
- Handling both legally aided and privately funded cases.
- Maintaining excellent standards of client care and case management.
About You
We'd particularly like to hear from candidates who have:
- Qualified Solicitor status in England and Wales.
- Experience within Criminal Defence.
- Strong advocacy and client representation skills.
- The ability to manage cases independently.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A professional, client-focused approach.
Duty Solicitor accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential.
