  • Oversee e-commerce strategy to strengthen digital presence, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Lead the successful development and launch of new and existing brands across international markets, ensuring strong commercial positioning, market readiness, and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive product portfolio strategy from concept stage, ensuring products are aligned with market demand, regulatory requirements, and beauty sector standards across UK and international markets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, ensuring effective product placement, pricing, positioning, and launch execution across multiple territories.
  • Work closely with marketing, regulatory, distribution, and cross-functional partners to maximise brand reach, compliance, and commercial performance.
  • Provide structured commercial guidance and strategic support to Sales Managers across multiple country markets to improve local execution, sell-through, and market penetration.
  • Design, implement, and continuously optimise marketing plans, using performance data and consumer insight to improve effectiveness, ROI, and long-term brand growth.
  • Manage budgets end-to-end, including forecasting, allocation, tracking, and performance analysis to ensure efficient investment and strong commercial return.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour insight to inform product development, positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead the development, optimisation, and scaling of e-commerce channels to drive digital performance, customer acquisition, and brand engagement across international markets.
  • Ensure all brand and product activity adheres to company policies, regulatory requirements, and Health and Safety standards.

Main Requirements for the Brand Lead:

  • Higher education in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in strategic marketing or brand management, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong experience in beauty or personal care product development, with a clear understanding of product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness of product positioning, category strategy, and market adaptation across UK and international markets.
  • Solid knowledge of core marketing principles, tools, and frameworks, with a proactive interest in emerging beauty trends and innovation.
  • Proven track record in product launches, brand development, and project management across multi-market environments.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insight into commercially viable product and brand decisions.
  • Confident, outgoing personality with a collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills.
