Enterprise communication can be incredibly complex. At Paradigm, we don’t believe in adding to the noise. We partner with some of the biggest names in tech, finance, and healthcare to turn intricate briefs into slick, memorable visual content, from cinematic videos and high-end motion graphics animation to live event packages and digital and print design assets. We live by four core principles: Clarity over Clutter, Partnership over process, Calm over chaos, and Impact over ego. We’re growing our team and looking for a talented, highly organised Video Content Producer who shares those values.

The Role

You will have ownership over the project lifecycle, shaping production mechanics, managing logistics, budgeting hours, and driving pre and post-production workflows to deliver brilliant work on time and on budget.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the lifecycle: Leading execution for video, motion graphics, and creative assets from an approved brief straight through to final delivery.
  • Scoping intelligently: Partnering with our AM team early on to provide technical, realistic input on project timings, kit requirements, crew need and talent costs.
  • Managing the workflow: Briefing and coordinating our brilliant in-house creative team while scaling up smoothly with our trusted network of freelancers. Owning deliverable lists and version control.
  • Commanding the details: Taking full ownership of schedules, location scouting, props, call sheets, risk assessments and quality control.
  • Steering the ship with calm control: Bringing a grounded, structured approach to shoots, studio edits, and fast-moving production tracks.

Who you are:

  • You have solid experience producing video, animation, and creative content within an agency or client-side environment.
  • You understand the production process inside out and can transition seamlessly from technical logistics to creative quality control.
  • You are meticulously organised, holding a natural head for tracking project hours and hard costs so budgets stay firmly on track.
  • You value partnership. You know how to brief a team with complete clarity and lead people on a shoot with confidence and reassurance.

What you’ll get in return:

  • Salary: Circa £37.5k PA (dependent on experience)
  • Flexibility: We kick off together in our Huddersfield office on Mondays to collaborate and set the tone, you’ll spend time out on shoots, in the studio collaborating with the team with the opportunity for some home working.
  • Plenty of time to unplug: 6.6 weeks holiday (including bank holidays, your birthday off, and an extended, guaranteed Christmas break).
  • Great extras: Auto-enrolment pension (5% company contribution post-probation), a health cash plan, structured training opportunities, and regular ways to give back through the Paradigm Community Partnership.
  • Doing your bit: Knowing your work is climate-positive via our active Ecologi partnership.

If you have high expectations, zero time for confusion, and a passion for polished production, we’d love to hear from you.
