As we expand, we are looking for a sharp, commercially heavyweight, and highly proactive Account Manager to act as the strategic and commercial anchor for our integrated partnerships. We need someone who is equally comfortable talking to clients about the strategic opportunities of a video series, how to translate goals into outcomes on an event and when a livestream can be deployed to maximise an audience.

The Role

As an Account Manager at Paradigm, you sit at the absolute centre of the client relationship, acting as their trusted advisor and strategic shield. You aren't an order-taker waiting for a brief; you are a consultant who uncovers the "why" behind a client's business objectives before defining the "what."

You will work together with our dedicated Video/Event Producers and Operations Manager. Your unique value lies in understanding the interplay between live experiences and digital content. You will be the person who confidently guides enterprise clients through our ecosystem; helping them see how a high-end video asset, a multi-camera live stream, and a large-scale live event work together to drive business outcomes. When a broad, 6-month campaign touches multiple disciplines, you're the glue holding the commercial, strategic, and communications together.
