Behind our iconic façade, we’re creating a destination defined by warmth, connection, and the kind of service that feels effortless yet unforgettable. Opening in late summer 2026, Parade Hotel will bring together 49 beautifully appointed rooms, a tranquil Courtyard Spa, and a vibrant new restaurant each designed to offer a sense of calm, comfort, and quiet luxury.

As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking an experienced and professional Night Supervisor to join our opening team and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences throughout the night.

The Role

Working closely with the Front of House Manager and Night Manager, the Night Supervisor will take responsibility for the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. You will be the senior point of contact on shift, ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring confidence, initiative, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front office operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless service delivery and a warm, professional guest experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests overnight, handling enquiries, requests, complaints, and emergencies promptly and effectively.
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, reservations, room allocations, and guest communications with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Complete all night audit procedures, reconciliations, and end-of-day financial reporting in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and hotel property through regular monitoring and adherence to security procedures.
  • Conduct routine checks of public areas and hotel facilities to maintain presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards, providing support to Night Porter, where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve operational issues and support guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor overnight team performance, providing guidance, support, and leadership where required.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, fire, and security policies and procedures.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and effectively communicate relevant information to the morning management team.
  • Assist with administrative duties, payment processing, cash handling, and reporting requirements as required.
  • Assist Front of House Manager with hotel guest reviews and any ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Support the wider hotel operation with flexibility and a hands-on approach during busy periods and special events.
  • Uphold Parade Hotel's standards of professionalism, appearance, and genuine hospitality at all times.
