Our client is growing in size and needs a Project Manager with some Electrical or Lighting experience. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across the business. This role requires excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will also support the development and coordination of Associate Project Managers and Project Assistants, helping to maintain efficient project delivery processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion and after-sales support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery programmes.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Manage project handovers and ongoing customer support activities.
- Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management.
