About the role:
- You will take full responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day management of the home, creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children aged 8-17.
- You’ll play a key role in driving standards, embedding a positive culture, and shaping the future direction of the service during an exciting transformation period.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home
