  • Promote high standards of safeguarding, quality assurance, and risk management
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and operational systems
  • Ensure young adults receive high-quality, person-centred care and support
  • Lead by example and support the development of the staff team
  • Assist with staff supervision, mentoring, and performance management
  • Promote a proactive and positive safeguarding culture
  • Support continuous improvement and development of the service
  • Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders

About you:

You will be a confident and motivated care professional with experience within regulated services and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young adults.

Essential criteria:

  • Level 3 or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within adult residential care
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Good understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management practices
  • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence

  • Experience supporting the development or improvement of a service
  • Passion for innovation and service development within young adult care
