We provide a seamless golfing experience for golf enthusiasts by offering exclusive packages that ensure luxury, convenience, and excellent golfing opportunities. We specialize in golf destinations in Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Morocco, and the UAE.

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Golf Travel Specialist. You will be responsible for communicating and coordinating travel packages to clients while providing excellent customer service. The role is located in London, but some remote work is acceptable. Your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Organizing and booking golf packages
  • Communicating with clients to ensure their travel needs are met
  • Developing and recommending customized travel packages that align with client preferences
  • Maintaining client relationships by providing timely responses to their inquiries and concerns
  • Creating and customizing golf travel itineraries for clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and travel recommendations
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Participating in familiarization trips to golf destinations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a year of experience in sales
  • Strong knowledge of golf courses, resorts, and destinations
  • Experience in sales, cold calling or customer service is preferred
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Playing golf and having first-hand experience is an advantage
