– Papworth Trust are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our
Lowestoft Care Team , which provides support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs on a full-time permanent basis. About the role: As our
Deputy Manager , you\’ll be stepping up to provide consistent leadership in the absence of the Registered Manager. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our team delivers high-quality, person-centred care, enhancing the wellbeing and independence of the individuals we support. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the risk assessment framework and support staff in creating up-to-date individual risk assessments. Provide guidance to care staff and conduct regular supervisions to enhance performance and wellbeing. Maintain effective communication through regular team meetings and act as a liaison with customers, families, and healthcare professionals. Support Senior Support Workers in delivering high-quality supervision and training, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations. Proactively identify and manage risks to customer and staff safety, responding to incidents and emergencies with urgency and professionalism.
