Papworth Trust are looking for an Activities Coordinator / Activities Facilitator to join their team in Sawston, Cambridgeshire in this new fixed term role until 5th September 2026. As an Activities Coordinator / Activities Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering a flexible support and activity service tailored to the unique needs of our customers.

About the role:
Our Activities Coordinator / Activities Facilitator will engage with individuals with a variety of support requirements, including learning disabilities and physical disabilities, ensuring they have enriching experiences. Working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm (37.5 hours per week).
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a variety of recreational, learning, and work skills activities based on the needs and aspirations of the customers, encouraging their active participation.
- Foster professional relationships with families, health/social care professionals, and community organisations to enhance service delivery and customer integration.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, emphasising safeguarding, health and safety, and customer privacy.
