This is a vital role that marks the core to build an environment not only giving the best experience to our guests but also to our family at work.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Oversee and take charge of the daily operations of the restaurant and report to the Management for all matters in regard to the operational flow.
- Consolidate the restaurant's monthly reports and present to the Management for improvements proposal.
- Establish good-initiative service standards & procedures for our guests providing them an unforgettable dining experience with us.
- Review and streamline work processes to ensure optimum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop long and short term goals with strategies / best practices.
- Take on special projects as assigned and monitor the development and progress to ensure successful completion of these projects.
- Undertake performance management and review of staff by directing, motivating, developing, and counselling staff where appropriate, in their performance towards operational excellence.
- Responsible for assessing and identifying the potential risk that may hinder reputation, safety, and financial well-being of an organization.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
