At Papillon Home Care, we support elderly and vulnerable people within their own homes. We need kind and caring community support workers to join our team and enable these people to remain safe, well, and supported within their homes.

Papillon Home Care is recruiting dedicated Part-time care workers in Dymchurch to provide daily support, which can include washing and dressing, assistance with medication, or accompanying to appointments. You will play a critical part in each client\’s life.

We have jobs for care assistants in Dymchurch and surrounding areas of New Romney and St Mary’s.
(Flexible hours depending on client needs, but some weekend work every other week is required.)

Ideally, you will have some experience in health and social care, although we do welcome applicants with life experiences who are looking for a new career. Most importantly, we are looking for people with the following attributes:

Kind, caring, and compassionate
Good communication skills and a good listener (must speak/understand the English language)
An energetic, positive person who enjoys building relationships with people from all walks of life
Driving licence with access to a vehicle
Applicants will be required to have an Enhanced DBS before commencing work; this is at the applicant’s own cost.
