About Papier

At Papier, we believe in the power of the blank page. Since the business was founded in London in 2015, we've been crafting beautifully designed stationery—from journals and planners to wedding invitations—that inspire creativity and meaningful connections. With over £60 million raised and a growing presence in the UK, US and beyond, we're on a mission to make everyday moments noteworthy.

The Role

At Papier, our Senior Stationery Designer creates trend-setting, design-led stationery products that bring our creative vision to life across both our D2C and wholesale collections. While the role is primarily focused on stationery, there will also be opportunities to contribute across adjacent lifestyle product categories as our ranges continue to evolve.

You'll be responsible for researching, conceptualising and delivering beautifully crafted products, combining exceptional typography, illustration and graphic design skills with a strong understanding of product development and print production.

We're looking for someone with exceptional creative judgement, a genuine curiosity for design and culture, and a passion for spotting emerging trends across stationery and the wider lifestyle landscape. You'll be proactive, full of ideas and excited to help shape the future of our product ranges. As a senior member of the team, you'll inspire those around you through creative leadership, coaching and consistently high-quality design.

Working closely with the Stationery Design Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping Papier's seasonal creative direction and continuing to establish the brand as a global leader in premium stationery.
