Oriam in Edinburgh is seeking a Performance Sports Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead the Performance Department, ensure high-quality sport science and S&C delivery, and uphold duty of care to athletes. You will line-manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee budgets and scholarship programmes, coordinate external and academic services, health and safety, and align services with strategic goals.
Evidence of degree-level sport science, at least five years’ experience, and strong leadership is required.
