Brand and Sales Management
Manage 360 wholesale operations for assigned brands - from order management and showroom appointments to after-sales coordination. Act as the key point of contact between brands, retailers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution. Support strategic planning and growth initiatives to expand brand presence across global markets.

Sales Strategy and Performance
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies in collaboration with brand partners to achieve seasonal and annual targets. Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Present collections and brand stories during showroom appointments, trade shows, and seasonal market events.

Professional Network
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international retail partners. Leverage existing industry contacts to bring new retailers and opportunities into the Paper Mache Tiger network. Provide exceptional client service, ensuring partners are supported throughout all stages of the sales cycle.

Operations and Reporting
Oversee order entry, tracking, and delivery timelines with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing. Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for brand partners.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management, wholesale, or brand management within the fashion industry. Strong understanding of international retail landscapes and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, organized, and commercially driven with strong attention to detail. Willingness to travel internationally up to four times per year. Right to work in the UK.
