Location: Christchurch – some travel required

We’re on the lookout for an energetic and proactive Health & Safety Manager to join our passionate People, Safety & Culture (PSC) team!

Responsibilities

  • Partner with people leaders to embed safety in everything we do.
  • Develop and roll out innovative HSE strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, deliver training, and lead investigations with confidence and care.
  • Engage our teams to drive participation, ownership, and continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Support the development of Safety Improvement Groups (SIGs) and champion a Fair & Just Culture.
  • Provide insights and data-driven reports to guide our next steps in safety excellence.
