As part of our continued growth, we're expanding our in-house Legal Team and are now looking for another Legal Counsel to join us. Our ideal candidate is an experienced High-Tech/technology lawyer. As a commercial lawyer, you will be working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including services agreements and vendor agreements, privacy matters, as well as other general corporate, labour and privacy law advice.

You will:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal contracts with clients, partners, vendors, and third parties (services agreements, NDAs, DPAs, SaaS license agreements).
  • Assist with labour law and privacy issues.
  • Interact and work with the company's departments (sales, product, marketing, finance, payments) on diverse legal issues.
  • Perform and provide other general corporate law advice as needed.

Requirements:

  • EU-qualified attorney/lawyer with 3–5 years of experience in a High-Tech/Commercial department within a law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Fluent English (written and oral).
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and persistent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
