We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and closing new business opportunities with Enterprise and mid‑sized international companies. New Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities with a focus on mid and enterprise global organizations and post‑IPO companies.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision‑makers within target accounts.

Sales Execution
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Requirements

- Proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions to mid‑market and enterprise organizations, including multi‑stakeholder and international sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of global payroll, HRIS, HCM, ERP, workforce management, or adjacent HR technology ecosystems.
- Experience engaging with senior HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders across multinational organizations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
