We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with multinational companies in need of global payroll payment solutions. You’ll be selling our cutting-edge payments platform that simplifies international payroll processing, FX, and digital wallet integration. This role is open to candidates based in either Spain or the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects within our ICP (e.g. high-growth tech, e-commerce, international companies). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to pinpoint decision-makers and pain points. Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence as a thought leader in the space.
- Sales Process Execution: Build and execute sales strategies using the Meddicc methodology to exceed targets. Deliver tailored demos and presentations to multiple stakeholders. Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to close, efficiently and professionally. Maintain a healthy pipeline and clearly articulate your process. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Solution Consulting: Understand client needs around global payroll, currency, compliance, and employee experience. Recommend the best setup of our platform to match their specific use cases. Offer tailored solutions that show clear ROI and address client challenges.
- Market & Product Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape. Share insights from the field with sales and product teams.
- Client Onboarding & Success: Support seamless onboarding for new clients. Help ensure strong, long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven success in sales, ideally within HR tech, fintech, or SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of global payroll processes, including multi-currency and compliance (note: not merchant services).
- Experience selling to multinational organisations with complex payroll needs.
- Familiarity with digital wallets (e.g. Wise, Airwallex, Convera) and payroll integrations.
- Knowledge of FX and risk management in a business context.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently and in teams.
- Hybrid role – based in London or Barcelona.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

- Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LI Nav, Gong, Slack, Teams).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments.
