Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small team where initiative matters.

Excited by the opportunity to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility.

Passionate about books and culture.

Able and willing to work full‑time (but may consider 4 days a week), on site in our West Berkshire office (Winterbourne, Nr Newbury).

Be part of a renowned independent publishing house entering an exciting period of growth and global recognition.

Work closely with leading artists, scientists, writers, photographers, and cultural organisations.

Gain experience across the full breadth of publishing – editorial, production, design, communications, rights, and events.

Contribute directly to high‑profile illustrated books that resonate internationally.
