The Applied AI Innovation Associate is responsible for helping to drive AI-led innovation across our UK and International business. Working across digital, marketing, operations, customer experience, and technology teams, the role helps to identify, prototype, and scale AI use cases that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Research and identify emerging AI trends, tools, and opportunities relevant to QSR and digital commerce.
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from ideation and prototyping through evaluation, scaling, and implementation.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into AI use cases and guide initiatives through our AI Governance process.
- Assist in evaluating AI vendors, platforms, and technologies.
- Collaborate with product, data, digital, and technology teams to support implementation.
- Help establish best practices for responsible and effective AI adoption.
- Stay up to date with developments in generative AI, automation, personalisation, and customer experience technologies.
- Maintain and contribute content to our AI Academy portal.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and remote teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with business needs.
- Document AI designs, configurations, and support procedures.
