We are seeking an ambitious, curious, and technically minded Data & AI Associate to support the adoption and application of data, analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI capabilities across our UK and International business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career (typically 1-3 years post-graduation) who is passionate about data-driven decision making, emerging technologies, and solving real-world business challenges through innovation.

Working across Digital, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology teams, you will help identify opportunities to leverage data and AI to improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, business performance, and employee productivity. The role combines business analysis, data literacy, AI innovation, cloud technologies, and stakeholder engagement.

You will contribute to the full lifecycle of data and AI initiatives, from discovery and experimentation through to implementation, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, is eager to learn, and wants to help shape the future of Data and AI within a fast-paced and innovative organization.
