Senior Associate – Infrastructure & Energy, Investment Banking

Panthera Partners is partnered with a tier‑one elite boutique investment bank to hire a Senior Associate for their Infrastructure team in London.

A high‑performing team with a strong culture, the firm advises on the most prominent investments in Europe across the energy, utilities, digital and transportation sectors, among others. As a growth hire, the Senior Associate will play a key role in the execution of deals while regularly interacting with clients. The new Senior Associate will join a highly active team where they will build a leading deal track record, receive a highly competitive package and long‑term career progression.

Qualifications

• Be currently sitting at a Mid or Senior Associate level in the M&A team of a leading investment bank or private equity fund
• Have an in-depth understanding and exposure to the transportation, digital, renewable energy, and/or broader infrastructure markets with proven deal experience
• Possess an exceptionally strong skill set with the ability to build financial models from scratch
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, and fluency in another European language is desirable
• Hold a finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or related degree from a highly regarded university
• Be motivated to join a leading investment bank
