Panthera Partners is working with an elite and international boutique investment bank to hire a Vice President for their Infrastructure Debt Advisory team in London. The firm has a highâperforming team and a strong reputation, partnering with tierâone funds to advise them on core infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy, and energy transition debt advisory transactions across Europe.
The Vice President opening is a growth hire due to high deal flow and an everâincreasing client list. This leader will play a key role in the execution of transactions, mentoring junior team members, and managing relationships with clients. It is an outstanding opportunity for an investment banking or private credit professional to join a leading advisor and build an impressive track record, while enjoying excellent career progression, a strong team culture, and a highly competitive package.
Responsibilities- Lead transaction execution and deal structuring.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key institutional clients.
- Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events.
- Vice President or Senior Associate (or equivalent) experience within a tierâone Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, or Private Credit team, with prior banking experience.
- Proven track record working with prominent funds in the infrastructure, renewable energy, energy transition, and/or power & utilities markets.
- Exceptional analytical skills and handsâon approach to deals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building a growing team.
- Degree in finance, engineering, or a related discipline from a highly regarded university.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to interact with all levels of seniority.
- Additional European language (French, Spanish, or Italian) is beneficial but not essential.
