Panthera Partners is proud to be partnering with a highly respected private equity infrastructure fund manager with a strong digital focus to identify an Associate for their growing investment team. Following a successful capital raise in H2 2025, the firm is poised for significant growth and offers an exceptional platform for career progression.
This role provides exposure across both UK and global funds, with a diverse pipeline of investments in data centres, fibre networks, and telecom towers. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, analysing, and executing transactions, including selected disposals. You’ll gain hands-on experience and significant responsibility from day one.
The ideal candidate will:
- Currently working as an Associate with a PE firm or the M&A division of a top-tier investment bank
- Possess a strong understanding of the UK and Northern European infrastructure landscape, with experience in project finance or investment analysis
- Demonstrate advanced financial modelling and analytical research capabilities
- Have experience supporting due diligence processes and preparing high-quality investment proposals
- Hold a bachelor's degree from a leading university
