Panthera Partners is engaged by a pan-European private equity infrastructure fund to hire an Associate for their Infrastructure team, based in London. Driving a core-plus and value-add investment strategy, the fund has successfully closed a new fundraise, and has in excess of $9bn in AUM across transportation, digital infrastructure, the energy transition, and other asset classes.
With a strong appetite/need to invest and capital to deploy, the team needs to hire an Investment Associate. As a growth hire, the Associate will play a key role in the execution and management of investments, whilst also supporting with origination and fundraising efforts. - Be sitting as a Senior Analyst, Junior Associate or equivalent within the M&A or debt advisory team of an investment bank, advisor or consultancy
- Have a strong track record across either infrastructure, digital, energy transition or renewables
- Possess a strong technical and all-round skill set, including building LBO models from scratch
- Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset
- Hold a finance, engineering, mathematics or related degree from a highly regarded university
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Being fluent in another European language, such as German, Spanish, Italian or Nordic, is desirable but not essential
