Panthera Partners is engaged by a global private equity fund to hire an Associate for their Infrastructure team, based in London. Adopting a core plus and value add investment strategy, the fund targets mid‑teen plus returns and manages a portfolio of over $7 bn across transportation, digital infrastructure, energy transition and other infrastructure assets.

With a strong appetite to invest and capital to deploy, the team needs a Growth Hire: an Investment Associate who will play a key role in the execution and management of investments while supporting origination and fundraising efforts. Responsibilities

• Execute and manage infrastructure and energy transition investments.
• Support origination pipeline and fundraising activities.
• Build models from scratch and develop valuation tools.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Analyst, Junior Associate or equivalent in a bulge‑bracket investment bank.
• Strong track record across infrastructure, industrials, TMT or healthcare.
• Excellent technical skills, including building financial models.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical judgment.
• Fluency in another European language (German, Spanish, Italian or French).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, mathematics or related field from a highly regarded university.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage all levels of management.
