About the role
The Operational Compliance Coordinator (OCC) supports the Operational Compliance Manager in delivering a robust operational compliance and quality framework across UK sites. The role is responsible for assisting with operational compliance checks, supporting audit preparation, maintaining quality documentation, tracking CAPAs and quality issues, and ensuring accurate recording of compliance activities across systems. The OCC plays a key role in supporting site teams to maintain inspection readiness and comply with internal SOPs, GxP standards, and regulatory requirements. There may be a requirement to work across local Panthera sites as required from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operational Compliance Manager in delivering compliance checks across UK sites.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining operational compliance reports and dashboards.
- Support monitoring of site compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Help track operational performance metrics and highlight trends or risks.
- Log, track, and maintain Quality Issues (QIs) in accordance with SOPs.
- Support the documentation and tracking of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Assist in monitoring CAPA actions and ensuring timely completion.
- Escalate overdue or high-risk quality issues to the OCM
- Assist with preparation for internal audits, sponsor audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Support coordination and documentation of onboarding activities across sites.
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly compliance reports.
