Personal Assistant to CEO & CFO

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant (PA) to join our Head Office Team, Based in Preston

Reporting into the Senior People Advisor - The Personal Assistant will be responsible for the day to day coordination and administration of Panthera Biopartners Head Office in Preston; as well as supporting the CEO & CFO with diary management, maintenance of inboxes, purchasing, travel arrangement and any other general administration duties.

As part of this role you should have excellent interpersonal skills, be friendly and approachable, naturally empathetic and understand the importance of confidentiality.

Ideally energetic with a pro-active drive and enthusiasm for the role, to ensure that high quality support is provided.

You should be highly organised with excellent time management, planning skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

This role is crucial in promoting Panthera’s Core Values

  • Key Responsibilites
  • Coordinating meetings, events, travel and appointment scheduling for the C-Suite and Senior Team as needed.
  • Managing the Panthera Head Office
  • Contributing to the creation of communication materials, such as activity reports, presentations, promotional content, posters, and newsletters.

  • Attending C-Suite and Board meetings to take minutes, record actions, and provide follow-up as required.
  • Filing and maintaining electronic and paper documents.
  • Ad hoc project duties, as requested

Please note - This role on Site at our Head Office in Fulwood, Preston - There may be a requirement to work across local Panthera sites as required from time to time.
